Returns Policy

Unfortunately, after dealing with fraudulent transactions, we have decided to mark all items with tamper-evident labels or markings to protect both our business and our customers.

Do not remove any tamper-evident labels unless you are absolutely certain you want to keep the item. Returns will NOT be processed if labels are tampered with or missing — regardless of the situation.

If evidence of fraud is discovered, a police report and an IC3 complaint will be filed. These measures are necessary to protect our small business from theft.

If there is any sign of tampering with labels — or if labels are missing when the item is returned — no refund will be issued.

We will not process returns for items where tamper labels are removed or altered under any circumstances.

In the rare case an item is found to be defective, the refund amount will only be for the original purchase price.

We do not cover labor costs, diagnostics, towing, rental vehicles, or any other related expenses.

If an item is confirmed defective, we will cover return shipping costs. Once received, the item will be inspected before any refund is processed.

For all other returns (unless the mistake was ours), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will not be issued until after the item has been returned and inspected. Please do not expect a refund before we receive the item back.
